Most people who go into business for themselves have a very clear picture of what they want: freedom, flexibility and fun….and, of course, more money!
There are lots of other reasons that people choose direct sales businesses; they range from loving the product to winning trips and prizes, growth potential, recognition and fun.
(Yes, I know I said “fun” twice. Stick with me for another minute or so.)

It’s safe to say that now that you’ve been doing this for a while you’ve probably noticed a bit of a gap between what you want and what you’ve actually got.
Sure, most direct sellers LOVE being…direct SELLERS!
You enjoy sharing your knowledge, training new consultants, meeting with prospects, attending your company’s events. Really, who else gets to call “going to work” a “party”? Meeting people… sharing amazing products and… well… having fun. (There it is again.)
A fun way to share your information with your team is to use an email marketing system to create a newsletter to share with your team.
Once you find a great system, the systems I recommend are: MailChimp, Constant Contact or my personal favorite MyNewsletterBuilder, then you’ll be able to send reminders to your team for training calls/events, create monthly team newsletters highlighting accomplishments and events. It’s a much more effective, pretty and fun way to keep your team informed.
